ThrillCoins takes privacy seriously because the social casino model only works when players trust the platform with the basics of their identity and payment details. This policy applies to every visitor of thrillcoins.net, every registered account holder, every VIP member and every person who contacts us through support channels.
When you create a ThrillCoins account we collect your email address, date of birth, country, postal code and a chosen username. If you purchase a Gold Coin package we collect payment metadata through our payment processor, although we never store full card numbers on our own servers. The processor returns a tokenised reference that we use to refund or repeat a purchase, never the underlying card number. When you request a Sweepstakes Coin redemption we collect a government-issued ID and a proof of address solely to confirm your identity and meet our regulatory obligations under federal anti-money-laundering rules. Game play data such as bet amounts, win totals, session length and feature triggers is stored against your account in order to power the VIP programme, generate leaderboards and detect any unusual patterns that could indicate account compromise.
Your data is used to run your account, process purchases and redemptions, send service emails about your balance and bonuses, prevent fraud and money laundering, comply with applicable sweepstakes laws and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising. Aggregated and anonymised statistics may be shared with our game studio partners to help them improve the games they license to us, but no individual player can be identified from that data. The exact thirty day window starts from the date we confirm receipt of the request, and we may extend by an additional thirty days if the request is unusually complex, in which case we will tell you about the extension within the initial window. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca or to your state attorney general's office in the United States. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (which we do not do) and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for seven years after closure to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Marketing preferences are honoured immediately on unsubscribe. KYC documents are retained for the minimum legal period and then securely destroyed. Game-play telemetry is retained for two years against the account record and then aggregated into anonymous summaries from which an individual player cannot be reconstructed. Support tickets are retained for three years to allow us to deal with any follow-up question relating to the same issue. After the retention period the underlying personal data is permanently deleted or anonymised beyond reversal.
ThrillCoins runs on a hardened cloud infrastructure with end-to-end TLS encryption, encrypted backups, multi-factor authentication on every staff account, role-based access controls and continuous security monitoring. Production databases are accessible only from a small set of internal IPs and every staff access is logged for audit. We commission an independent penetration test every twelve months and run a bug-bounty programme so external security researchers can responsibly disclose any issues. Suspected breaches are investigated immediately and any breach that affects personal data is reported to affected users and to the relevant authority within seventy two hours, in line with PIPEDA requirements.
ThrillCoins is restricted to players aged nineteen or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under nineteen. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately so we can close it. We use a combination of age verification at sign-up and ongoing document checks at redemption to enforce the age limit. Underage accounts are closed and any balance is returned to the original payment method without playthrough.
